The first few days I was hungry, but that initial surge of 'I Can Do This' got me through, and since then it has been easy! Last week I was even 715 calories under my weekly goal, and could have been more, but had a huge Sunday dinner on my 'cheat' day. (I don't stuff myself, but allow myself up to about 1800 calories so I can have a little of what I fancy)
This is what I ate last week. I will post recipes of the teas if wanted, although if you are my friend on My Fitness Pal you will be able to work it out based on my diary. I'm lauran3wbs on there, and always like more friends :-)
