35 Things : Update

So, to keep myself on track I'm going to update every few months with how I'm getting on. 

1. Get to target weight - I am very very slowly doing this; I lost 10lbs since the original post and 38lbs in total from my heaviest weight. I've got 22lbs to go. Slowly does it!

2. Buy a house - we are currently in the paying off debts phase. This is also going very slowly.


3. Finish my degree - I am currently about a quarter of the way through my final first year module, and have had good marks on my first two assignments, but it's another slow burner.


8. Learn self defence - might be in the pipeline :)


9. Watch the sunrise at the beach - today I am looking at whether we can go away for new year in order to complete this one! Seeing in the New Year by watching the sunrise sounds amazing to me. Trying to figure out the best beach for it though is baffling my brain.


20. Learn first aid - I think my lovely Sis-out-law is going to help with this as she's a paramedic <3


22. Wean myself off screens (Screen free day a week) - getting there with reduced phone time! Next step is to allocate a day to consistently leave my phone alone.


23. 35 RAOKs - tiny one to kick off, gave a lady in a clothes shop 5p as she was short. Going to research some ideas but I do think spontaneity is best.


26. Get that tattoo for my boys - I've been Pinteresting ideas. Need to find a tattooist that is happy to ink a breastfeeding mum and can source vegan ink though.

28. Visit 35 National Trust sites - we are planning to visit Wimpole Estate on the way back from Milton Keynes next month.

31. Complete the 30 Day Shred - I could do this one soonish as it's easily done at home around the boys.


35. Learn how to crochet or knit - going to focus on this next I think. Youtube is my friend!
